Tell us about yourself
60 years old. Born and raised in Norway. Living in Ålesund close to the Norwegian Fjords and mountains. Love to go hiking in the mountains, and shoot pictures of landscapes and views. Also, love to explore other countries.
Why do you travel and photograph your journeys?
The main reason why I travel is that I love to explore and see new places. By taking pictures of my trips I can relive them just by looking at my pictures.
What is your favourite thing or item to photograph
The items I like to photograph are nature.
What’s your go-to travel hack?
When travelling I always use travel insurance. You never know if the luggage reaches your destination at the same time as you do.
Got any gear you can’t travel without?
Always bring my cellphone and photography equipment .
What destination are you eager to go back to?
Would love to see more of Peru. Mauritius is also one of my favourites.

When and where are you next travelling?
I will do a lot of hiking during autumn in the local mountains. Then my plan is to go skiing in the Dolomites in Italy.
